At its meeting held in Bangkok on Sunday, February 25, 2024, the General Assembly elected Dato’ Worawi Makudi of Thailand unanimously as President of the AMFC. The Malaysian vice president for East Asia, Dato’ Yap, and the Jordanian vice president for West Asia, Khaled Al-Hadid, were also elected. Executive members were elected from Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Taiwan, Qatar, Iraq, Indonesia, and Malaysian Dato Alex Soosay were also appointed Secretary General of the AMFC. At the conclusion of the meeting, everyone thanked Dr. Muhammad Al-Dosari, Chairman of the IMF and founding Chairman of the AMFC, for his great support for the success of MiniFootball at the Asian and international levels.
